In stillem Gedenken…

… an einen der größten Musiker unserer Zeit.

Ich könnte viele Worte verlieren. Über mich selbst, über das was am vergangenen Donnerstag und frühen Freitagmorgen und überhaupt in den letzten Wochen geschehen ist. In meiner Gegenwart und weltweit. Ich könnte mich selbst in den Mittelpunkt stellen. Und ich könnte den Tod Michael Jacksons ausschlachten und in aller Ausführlichkeit thematisieren. Denn Michael Jackson starb heute am frühen Morgen an Herzstillstand.
Wie gesagt, ich könnte, doch ich werde nicht. So lasse ich weiteres zu mir, wie auch alle anderen, in den Hintergrund geratenen Themen, aus und verbleibe in stillem Gedenken an den King of Pop mit einer letzten Hommage meinerseits. Denn ich war nie ein großer Fan und fühle doch mit allen, die es waren und noch immer sind, in tiefer Anteilnahme. Wir haben einen großen Verlust erlitten. In diesem Sinne – We are the world. And we are still the world.
